NotesThis is a proposal for aquatic restoration projects in the Yachats River watershed in the Siuslaw National Forest. Ultimately, Alternative 3 was selected. This alternative would place root wads and trees in four streams in the Yachats River watershed. The streams were selected for potential habitat and because the streams had lower streamflow and were less likely to move the large woody debris. The plan also includes removing culverts and fill from abandoned roads, removing landing fill from a stream and thinning trees. Maps, tables.
